Terry Remmers, Principal Broker and Owner of Bayshore Realty, Inc., brings to his clients a wealth of experience in real estate, property development, and building construction. 
Prior to starting his career in real estate in 1999, Terry worked as a General Contractor and owner of a housing rehabilitation company. His background and experience in building and remodeling at the coast allow him to assist his clients in many ways when they are evaluating properties and attempting to uncover the “hidden gems” in today’s challenging real estate market.
As a real estate professional, Terry is certified in E-Pro and served as President of the Lincoln County Board of Directors in 2005. He is a member of the Waldport Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Business (NFIB).

Sharron Rotty, Broker and Vice President of Bayshore Realty, Inc., brings to her clients significant experience in real estate and business as well as the energy, enthusiasm and determination to get the job done! 

Prior to starting her career with Bayshore in 2008, Sharron held leadership positions in Corporate America including her most recent position as Vice President of Human Resources for a large global software company based in Portland, Oregon. 

In addition to raising four children as a single parent (“that which does not kill you makes you strong”), Sharron worked full-time while obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Missouri State University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Williams-Woods University.

For Buyers:  As a real estate professional, Sharron uses her well-honed communication skills and trademark tenacity to help her Buying clients find the right property at the right price--regardless of how long it takes. 

For Sellers:  Sharron is creative and tireless in her efforts to help her Selling clients navigate the sometimes cumbersome path to market their property and efficiently reach qualified Buyers in today’s challenging economic climate.
